Delete Old Messages on App

Now I read that messages from friends are kept for thirty days and there is no way to just delete them yourself which I think is bizarre. I still have messages from last year, well after the when they supposed to automatically delete themselves. Is there a way to delete messages? Fitbit should add a button somewhere on the app to do this instead of leaving it up to it being deleted automatically, I should have a choice of how something is deleted. If I no longer need it, I should be able to delete it now.

@Sum-merFun Hey there. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for sharing your feedback about the notifications showing on your app. Your Fitbit app will display the most recent 100 notifications. However, you could delete them by pressing and holding on the notification you would like to delete.

As a side note, I would like to move your post to the correct board, please let me know if you're using Android or iPhone.

Keep me posted! I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
