Delete message

So I received a rather unwanted message 391 days ago I read a lot of threads that say they automatically delete but it’s been 391 days and still there. It just creeps me out when I see it.  How do I delete it ?

If you click on the message an option comes up

delete or report  😀

Unfortunately, these options are not available to me.

When I click on the creepy message in my app inbox, I get "Conversation is View Only".

The message does not show up when I am on my computer. Thankfully the message isn't lewd, but it is one step from it. And I hate the red dot notification ALWAYS being there.

Conversation only means your not friends 

The red dot is for notifications but sometimes it says there because you might have a friends request pending .

No friend requests pending. Also, how do I delete the message if there are no options allowed? 

And of course I'm not friends with the guy.  The whole point is that I don't like the creepy message he sent me. I would like to not have to see it in my inbox.

Hello

If I want to delete the message I press it and report and delete come up

I press delete then refresh the page 

Or 

Block the person and the message and the profile disappears

My messages just shows conversation in view only how do I change that?
