Deleted Dash Board Tiles

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
I have no idea how it happened, but I no longer have my step counter, mile counter or Activity tracker on my dash board. I've read what most people have posted about recovering tiles, but mine are gone. I've checked the only ones that are available which do not include the deleted ones, I've deleted and reloaded the app, tried going to my main dash board, And restarting my phone. They are missing. Help!!

If they can not be found on the settings, then my thought would be to delete and install a fresh copy of Fitbit.

I've moved your post to the iOS section,  this should get more of a response

Same... at first mine simply moved to the bottom of the page (steps, and miles) so I had to scroll to see them.  Now they just vanish.. reboot the app and they are there, but at the bottom again.. not at the top.

From the App, if you click on "Edit" (in the upper left) do you see the missing tiles listed there?  If so, you can check them and they will be added again.

Hope that helps~

@Lestu@Erica23@woggermom and @AssMonky, how are you doin' today? Let me ask you something, did you already try to add the missing tiles by following this procedure on iOS devices? if you couldn't can you please tell me if it was because the "edit" option was missing? 'cause this affects iOS 8 users and the edit function is only available for iOS 9 users only.

I'll be around!
