Deleted app because One would not sync

I deleted the app pff my computer and my phone IPhone 6 becuase my One would not sync.  I cannot get the app to recognize my One now.  I cannot add my One and it is still tracking my steps, but not keeping the record on my app.  This has to be an upgrade issue.  Is Fitbit working on it?

It might be an upgrade issue but, then again, syncing problems do occur from time to time.

 

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file:
