As of today sleep is not syncing on my iphone - i have a charge 2. I’ve updated the app and restarted my devices (iphone and fitbit) already. Anyone knows how to troubleshoot this?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your Charge 2 prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your device isn't tracking Sleep Stages or sleep information at all? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see sleep stages today?
