I saw the update on the app and show that without the update I won’t be able to use my versa, so I started the update and first it show downloading then installing and then “fail to install” that happened twice Then on my versa I saw the warning sign and after that is not turning on, I connected to the charger and waited 2 hours and nothing, is dead. This all happened because of the update.
i need help please.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your Versa completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
