Device not syncing

Once again Fitbit not working again! Steps are not syncing and not adding up when syncing. This getting ridiculous! I’ve done everything from turning phone off to re setting my Fitbit to un installing and re installing the app. So disappointed in fitbit.

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which iOS mobile device you're currently using? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
