Diabetes clock face cuts off

Hi everyone. I use a clock face (Glance) that live streams my blood sugars (I have type 1 diabetes) via a needle in my arm and my watch. Even though my iPhone keeps streaming the blood sugars on my screen, the Fitbit Versa keeps cutting off. If I click into the Fitbit app on my phone it automatically syncs and my watch connects and shows my blood sugars again immediately. I’ve got the watch set to sync all the time though? If it turns off overnight it won’t come back on until I open the Fitbit app and it syncs again, so it could be 8 hours of no blood sugars on the watch screen (but still shows on my ph). A few of us are having this issue but can’t figure out how to fix it. I’ve tried using an Android and iPhone but the Fitbit is still having issues...any help would be MUCH appreciated.

Hi @Carrie.H. It's great to have you on board.

Thanks for the information provided, as well for your efforts while trying to sync with an iOS and Android device. Just to confirm does the data displayed on the clock face cut off when your Versa hasn't synced? If this is the case, please verify that the Fitbit app is updated, as well to keep your phone within 20 feet so it can automatically sync with the All-day sync function.

Now, if the issue is related to the clock face not updating your details, please try getting in touch with the developer that built the Glance clock face so you can receive information about this clock face and its functionality. To do that, check the following steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap the profile's icon.
  2. Tap on the Versa's image > Clock Faces > Versa's image one more time.
  3. Tap on "See all details" and you will find their contact information.

Keep me posted.
