Didn't get a sleep record for yesterday.

Every morning the first thing I do is check how much sleep I’ve managed to get (having a toddler who’s excited for Santa) however today all the app is saying is the normal “how well did you sleep”?.

Ive reset my charge 2 a few times, fully charged it, reset iPhone 7, turned Bluetooth off & back on and manually synced app. I’ve ran out of ideas as to what to do next, help !

Hello @Sarahbarling, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

At this moment, if you have already restarted your Charge 2 and your phone, please monitor the tracker for the next 24 hours and check if you get a sleep log after waking up the following day. If you're still not getting one, please go to your sleep logs on the online Dashboard and check if it's showing up here. If it is, try the following in the app:

  • Force-quit by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app.
  • Log out from the app and log back in.

If you're still not able to receive sleep logs, please reply to me with a screenshot of what you're able to see in the app Dashboard under the sleep tile.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply as well.
