On the app on my iPad there is an option to record 250 steps per hour, but this isn't available (or doesn't seem to be) when I open the app on my iPhone. Can anyone help? I've tried using the edit button on my dashboard but it's not there. Thanks!

@SunsetRunner I agree with @Kmransom123 I'd recommend making sure that both of your devices are running version 2.22.1 of the Fitbit iOS App. You can double check this by:
-Clicking the Account button in the bottom right-hand corner of the App.
-Click the Help button.
-And then the App version is at the top of the page.
Once you've confirmed that the App is updated on both of your devices, I'd then recommend making sure that the tile isn't hidden on your dashboard. Click here for instructions on how to unhide dashboard tiles.
This should get you back on track, but let me know if you need any additional help!

@SunsetRunner Make sure the app on your phone is up to date with latest version.

Thanks for your reply @Kmransom123
I've checked for updates and it's showing none available. Wondering if I should uninstall and then reinstall it - will do that tomorrow. 🙂

Thank you @DerrickS you are both correct, phone version is out of date.
Can't understand why it's not flagging that there's an update though, it's set to notify me in phone settings.
Thanks both of you for the quick response
