Hi @Palomita welcome to the Community! so when you try to set up your Charge HR, a pop up message that says "Bad request 400" appears on the app. right?
Let me suggest you something, if you have any other compatible device, please try to set up your tracker with it or with a computer by following the instructions on this post.
