My Ionic will not connect to Bluetooth. I have uninstalled the app. I have restored the tracker to factory settings and still it will not connect. Do I need a replacement.

Hello @Fordman72 welcome to the Community Forums, let me give you a hand with your Fitbit Ionic.
Seems odd that you're unable to connect your Fitbit Ionic with your mobile device, thanks for trying some troubleshooting steps prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which iOS mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try the following steps:
- Restart your Ionic.
- Please on the phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth, and remove all the connections that exist with the device. (Forget device, ignore or unpair depending on the version of the operating system of the phone)
- Turn off the Bluetooth and restart the mobile device..
- When the iOS mobile device is back on, turn the Bluetooth on again but do not attempt to connect to the Fitbit from here.
- Go on the app and try setting up the Ionic as a new device.
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

Very frustrating.

Hello @Fordman72 thanks for your reply and update, my sincere apologies for the delay in responding your post.
Thanks for taking in consideration the steps that were shared in my previous post, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which iOS mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this?
My best advise will be to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.
