i have a charge hr for work and a charge 2 for best they have been working fine and syncing perfectly, but this evening it just keeps saying on my phone that it is 'looking' for my charge 2 and it isn't syncing any steps(saying I haven't moved from 9-5pm) I have done since 9am or heart rate and my charge 2 says 37,607 steps and my charge hr says 28,492 steps. I have worn my charge 2 all day. feeling very frustrated with it can anyone help?

Hello @flynnie, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

When did you start experiencing this issue? Have you restarted your Charge HR and your Charge 2 lately? If so, it's possible that because your Charge 2 is not syncing properly, the information is not being displayed correctly on your Charge HR, which is why I would like to suggest checking @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips and recommendations that have been proven to be very helpful for many members facing syncing issues in the past.

If your Charge 2 is still not syncing correctly let's try setting it up as a new device. Don't worry, none of the information previously stored in your account will be deleted.

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
