Distance goal is incorrect on historical graph

There's a technical glitch in the goal settings.

I set my daily goal in terms of miles, that is 5 miles a day. And on the interface for today's goals, once I hit that 5 miles, it gives me a completed check.

However, when I look at the historical data and goals, the threshold is 8 miles and categorizes my goals as incomplete unless I hit 8 emails even thought my goal is 5 miles. I think it's bc 5 miles is 8 kilometers, so maybe the software is converting it wrong?

I have a brand new Charge 6 and am experiencing a similar issue. My distance goal set in the app is 3.0 miles. Today I covered about 4 (and the watch detail view says 3.99) but the circle isn’t closed, as if my goal is 4.5-5 miles. The bar on my watch face is the same, instead of showing goal completed it looks like I’m about 80% done.

1. My Inspire2 tracks my daily 5-mile goal perfectly, but my “weekly” setting thinks I’m doing and 8-mile goal. I think it’s confusing miles and kilometers. Is there a way to correct this?

2. is there no longer a little light-show celebration when all of the day’s goals are reached? (It was a little thing, but I liked it!)

Thanks in advance for any insight!

Mine is doing the same thing with the distance goal tracking. Hoping it gets fixed.

Mine isn’t doing the light show either, I hadn’t realised until I read your post.  I liked it too!

Mine does the exact thing. It has only done this since google took over Fitbit. Google sure is making a mess of it.

I’ve used Fitbit for many years and all these problems have occurred since Google took over Fitbit. I’ll be looking for a different system when my current watch dies. Google took something good and broke it.

I’ve used a Fitbit since 2014 and never had this problem until this update 4.0.

Needs to be fixed!!
