When using the FitBit app on an iPhone SE (2nd gen.), the tiles/icons are too large for the small screen.  It looks like this:

Not particularly lovely...

@CondorWoman   Have you done anything to change your default font size or your display zoom?  My daughter has an iPhone 12 mini and it’s screen is smaller than yours.  These settings are in the Display and Brightness settings on your phone.

I noticed the size of your devices icon, notifications icon, and gear.  They are quite large — they are noticeably larger than the icons on my daughter’s screen.  She uses the default settings.

Hi @CondorWoman - this  can be related to the poor design of the new Fitbit App because the font is defined in the app, and doesn't adapt well to the phone and settings.

A number of users have signalled this.

Excellent solution, but alas, I'm old and LIKE my big icons and fonts.  I also like my words to have all their letters on the same line, but I guess I can't have everything.  Thanks.

Interesting.  As suggested by @LZeeW below, it has to do with my phone settings.  I prefer things bigger, because I'm old and don't always wear my glasses, which doesn't seem to be a part of the design team's experience.

Thanks for your response.

a couple of weeks ago I was on a zoom call with a group of low vision and blind technology users. The meeting centered around assistive touch and its advantages for people with low vision and cognitive issues. Using AssistiveTouch you can have the format on your home screen changed to larger icons And improved access to Apple features such as camera and email if I understand correctly. To find assistive touch and learn more about it from your iPhone home screen click on settings, then click on accessibility and then go down to assistive touch. Being totally blind, I cannot give you more information than what I have given you other than to say  Some of the low vision people who used it thought that it was wonderful others thought that it was cumbersome to work with. Good luck, and I hope this might be a solution to your issue of icon size and reability. I have dictated this on my iPhone, and hope you will be able to understand my ramblings. I am blind using an iPhone  SE third generation running apples version 17.1.1 and the assistive touch I believe is a new feature in the 17.0 rollout. If you have an older version, you may not be able to find assistive touch there.
