For the past week, when I run, after about 10 steps, the app tells me I've been 2 kilometers is 8 days, so many hours. It doesn't report accurately during the run. When I'm finished, everything is correct, but the real time tracking and cues are way off.

Hello @PeterC6150, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
This seems like a very odd situation, which tracker are you currently using? Is this issue only happening with runs or is it affecting walks/hikes? Are you using MobileRun to record your runs?
If you're using a tracker I would like to suggest you to restart the tracker and monitor it the next time you go on a run. If you're using MobileRun, please log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Then start a new run and monitor it.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

I tried what you said and even deleted/reinstalled the app. When I went for a run yesterday in the same location, it did the same thing (but it was "in four days..." instead of "eight days"). I think the app doesn't know where I am. When I start the run, the GPS dot on the map starts at my house and then moves to my current location. That's about the same distance by which the voice cues are off. When I run from my house, the voice cues are correct. It's just so weird because after I finish the run, the distances are correct. It's just the real-time tracking and voice cues that are off.
