I currently have an iPhone 5 which I use my Fitbit app on - now I've started using a new iPhone 6 so I downloaded the Fitbit app (it hadn't transferred the Fitbit app when I started up the new phone) - I was asked to input the usual details then I was asked for my email address and password and was advised that there was an account already set up (which was obviously mine from my iPhone 5) and now I can't get any further on iPhone 6 - I deleted the one off my iPhone 5 thinking that once I had the app on the 6 it would be ok but again came up that there already an account with these details. So now I can't get any further on my iPhone 6 and when I reinstated it on my iPhone 5 all my data has disappeared - over a years worth of stats - I am so disappointed

If you log in on the web at https://www.fitbit.com/ and go to the dashboard you should see all the details there still. Everything is saved and backed up on the server so it should be online even if not on the app.
If it has gone from the site's dashboard too then it might be worth going to live chat support so they can look up your account.

Hi, @Sukeefy, the problem was on your new phone your were trying to "join Fitbit" rather than to "log in". If you open the app on your iPhone 6 and click "log in" you should be fine.
As @AaronIRL, your info for the past year is stored on the Fitbit servers and not on your app. so it all should be there.
