DriveBit not logging drive

Hi my DriveBit is not logging the drive it's just kinda freezing when I press stop. It was working great!

 

also it's not finding my Facebook friends to add as friends (which it was) could this be a connected issue?

 

can someone help please

Have you tried forceclosing DriveBit by double tapping on the Home Button and swiping it up? If so, my suggestion would be uninstalling DriveBit and installing it again. Now, in regards of your Facebook friends, our engineers are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. I appreciate your patience, our team is looking forward to getting you back on track. In the meantime, please use the online Dashboard to find your Facebook Friends and invite them to join you.

I tried both your suggestions, but no luck yet.

Tried forcestopping by pressing home button on iPhone and also uninstalled and installed DriveBit but no luck.

It worked great for 15 days, and then got broke and still not working.
