EDA Scan is very difficult to achieve. I find it very difficult to get an EDA scan. I find the touch required is different than for an ECG scan. My fingers are not petite and in order to get a reading I have to moisten my finger tips and also lift on the device to get contact. The result is it always tells me my heart rate is not available. My responses always increase through the test. Probably due to the frustration of the frequent stop/Start throughout the test.
