I received the update today and have been receiving notifications for many of my 3rd party apps. However no email notifications. How do I get them to come through?

Hi there @twest826, good to see you around and this is odd that only your email notifications are not received. I know this is very basic but make sure your email account is properly configured on your iOS device.

If your email is working fine on your iOS but you are not getting notifications yet, restart your tracker:

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons

On your mobile device, go to Settings > Bluetooth. Turn off Bluetooth, wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on. Reboot your mobile device. Once you have done this you can configure again the email notifications. If you need the steps please take a look at this post.

If the issue persist tell your mobile device to "forget" your tracker: For this, on your mobile device, go to Settings > Bluetooth. Tap your tracker and then tap Forget Device. To finish this please log out of the Fitbit app and reboot your mobile.

Hope this helps and see you around.
