I am trying to follow your steps to receive email notifications on my Fitbit Versa. However, my Mail application is not listed under the App Notification's list.
I have an Iphone 8, and I use the standard Mail application.
I also have the lastest version of the FitBit app.
Please can you help me with this
Kind Regards
Scott

Hello @Brenda1935 and @ScottBruton, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. ![]()
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing. Please note that in order for the mail app to show up under the App Notifications list, you should have received a push Notification on your phone from that specific app.
Once you have received a push Notification from the mail app, go to your phone and open the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Your device > Notificaitons > App Notifications and check if the app shows in the list. If it's not showing up, pull down the screen to force the app to appear. If it's still not showing up, force-quit the app and open it again.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

Best AnswerHi so I have the same problem as numerous other people. I have an iphone 7 and use gmail. All my push notifications are on and I have restarted my phone and pulled the notifications screen down in the Fitbit appl to refresh, but the gmail app does not appear. Not sure what else I can do please help
Best AnswerFollow the first instructions he posted, and when you go into your fitbit app on your phone, you need to go to versa>notifications>app notifications
That opens up a list of applications that you can receive notifications from. I use Outlook as my mail client for personal and business and it works fine. Once you choose the apps you want notifications from, go back to your main screen on the app and it should sync.
I hope that helps.
