I am a new user, I cannot get sleep to add to app. I go to today then discover. When I try to add the sleep program it won’t let me. I have the Fitbit flex and an iPhone XR

Hello again @Villanueva

I apologize. The Fitbit Flex does not monitor the heart rate.

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @Villanueva

Congratulations on your Fitbit Flex purchase! Thank you for coming to the Fitbit Community with your question. I understand your trying to implement your sleep tile. You found it in the right place but it’s quite possible you didn’t scroll down far enough to add the sleep tile. Let’s check:

Heres how:

Open your Fitbit App

tap “Discover” on the bottom left

tap Heath & Fitness Stats

Find the sleep tile and tap it

scroll down and tap “Add to today”

**This will now pop you back to the main page of the Fitbit App....there I the center your able to scroll through tiles (like current challenges your in) look through those tiles and that’s where that sleep tile will be.

Be sure to go back to Discover and add more tiles the same way. There’s great ones like exercise, water, etc.

😃 I hope I was able to answer your question. If I did indeed answer your question could you please tap the “choose as best answer” box just below this post? It really helps others who come to this community looking for answers to questions similar to your own. I’d really appreciate it! 😃

It says sleep stages require a Fitbit device with heart rate sensor. Still won’t load
