Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Yunkie. It's great to have you here. Thank you for your efforts while trying to resolve this issue before contacting us. Please be so kind to try setting up your Charge HR as a replacement device by following @SunsetRunner's steps. If this doesn't help, follow @DerrickS's instructions to resolve the 400 error. This should get you back on track.

Well, feeling foolish... When it states keep Fitbit close to what you're syncing, do so; I ended up having them touch one another to work. I'm thinking there is sensitive distance you NEED to be to read each other.

Thanks for the update @Yunkie. Your Fitbit tracker needs to be approximately 10-15 feet away from your plugged-in dongle or supported mobile device in order to sync. I'm glad to hear that you are now back on track.

Hope to see you around more often. Cat Happy

Finally got it connected. I had to hold the spot on the phone to continue down for about 3 minutes and then when I let go it took another two minutes and I was connected. Not sure what problem was but am happy to connected. I did have Fitbit draped over phone. Thanks for responding.
