Trying to set up a new Fitbit charge HR, deleted the old 1 but when I try to set up my new Fitbit the last step I keep on getting REQUEST FAILED: BAD REQUEST(400). From the discussions I see it's a common occurrence. I've logged out of my Fitbit app, switched off my iPhone 6, check to see if I've got the latest version of Fitbit which I do have and still no luck. This is my 3rd night trying to sort this out and must say I am close to chuck the Fitbit. This is my 4th fitbit and have had issues but it's the first time that I can't set up a new device. Would appreciate assistance- whilst I've got this issue I had to quite out of challenges

Hi @Zettie

Have moved this thread from the Charge HR to the iOS App section to increase the chance of getting a solution.

Your post will get more attention here.

Hi there @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Forums @Zettie! I'm sorry to hear about the hard time you've been through while setting up your new Charge HR. However, I have some tips that may help to get rid of this error message.

1) Log out from the Fitbit app.

2) Turn your phone's Bluetooth off.

3) Reboot your iPhone.

4) Turn bluetooth on.

5) Log back in the Fitbit app.

Once you have done that you should be able to continue with the setup process.

I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.
