Unable to pair blaze error 403
I have been struggling to pair my activity for the week all morning and its not been working...
I have even uninstalled the app and carried out all the things stated on the troubleshoot.
What do i do? its getting really frustrating

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems getting your tracker to sync properly. Normally, what I would suggest for this would be to uninstall the Fitbit app, install it again and ask you to try again but since that didn't work, our team is working to get a solution for this.
Something else I could recommend is trying to sync your tracker using an alternate device that is compatible and hopefully that should work.
