I keep getting error 500 while trying to set up my fitbit

Have you updated the Fitbit app recently? If so, please forceclose the app by double-tapping the home button and swiping up the app. If that doesn't seem to do the trick, please log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. 

 

In case the Fitbit app is still not letting you set up your tracker, please reply to me with the model of your phone and the OS version number as well as an screenshot of the error you're receiving.
