Just set up FitBit Versa Lite Edition. However, it will not allow me to purchase the $9.99 premium.
My credit card is up to date on my iPhone seven plus. Just checked it.
I get the error message: "Looks like you canceled your payment, please try again. Error code: 1002." I never canceled it. I just keep putting my thumb print over and over and continue to get the same message.
Any help would be appreciated.

finally I shut the phone down, turned off bluetooth back on and stopped
trying it on my laptop and used the phone only.
For some reason it had not properly installed on my phone and synced to my
watch. I had to do that first, then the payment worked. Not sure what I did
but finally it started installing and it accepted the payment.
However, I never changed the payment or did anything else. It is very
intermittent and yes, difficult to facilitate. Not sure any one thing
worked, but just kept trying.
