Error code when trying to find friends

I cannot send or receive friend requests.  Whenever I am on my phone I get this error code:

A29E3FC3:D026_A92D9235:01BB_5B7016FB_5D944937:3C10

When I am on my Mac, the screen is blank.

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Tell me, since when have you experienced this situation? Have you restarted your phone already? When did you update the Fitbit app for the last time?

 

This information will be very helpful for me to check this further. Additionally, a screenshot of the error message you're getting will be helpful as well.
