I get this when syncing my brand new Charge 3 to my iPad. It occurs after I receive the 4 digit code and have entered it on the iPad screen. The Charge 3 doesn’t recognise my iPhone XR and I have walked through all the tips shown on the forums (restart Bluetooth, delete app, restart Fitbit and iPhone) without success. Any ideas where I’m going wrong?
Thanks! Chris

Welcome on board @Chris4066605, it's nice to see you around here! I've seen this error message with other people that using iOS device. The team of developers is aware of the users who have been experiencing trouble with these error messages, and they're working to find a solution for this as soon as possible.
At this time, the best workaround we see is having users set up on the Windows 10 app or an Android. They are then able to sync normally to an iOS device. I know that's not ideal and will continue to update this thread as I hear more. Thanks for your reports and patience.
I've moved your post to the iOS App as there are more chances to get related replies here.
Hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions present.

Hi Marre, I have that same issue and I tried using the Windows 10 app (using the cable and using bluetooth) and that doesn't work either. The process gets stuck when trying to update the fitbit - My charge 3 keeps vibrating and showing an exclamation point.
Update: I now also tried using an Android phone but that doesnt work either. I get to the setup screen "Searching for Charge 3..." where the fitbit vibrates once and shows an exclamation mark. The nnothing happens until the app eventually says that it cant' find the fitbit. Re-starting the fitbit, removing the charge 3 from my profile or re-installing the app doesn't resolve the issue.

I’ve the same issue here. Just bought a charge 3. Was excited until now... we neeeeed our warranty extended for this reason. It is supposed to be your latest greatest tracking device and yet you telling us it’s not working on iOS?! It’s not a new bug either, it existed 1 year ago and was claimed as fixed. https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/FBBluetoothErrorDomain-error-24-FBBluetoothErrorDomain-error...
