Hi guys,
my charge 2 didn't sync since last night so I deleted the app and reinstalled and now I get this error
"The operation couldn't be completed (networkbitkit.HttpErroe error 1)" when I try to log on. Any suggestions?
Thanks

I’m having exactly same problems. Have tried reinstalling app on iPhone, tried turning off wifi, tried turning off Bluetooth and every combination thereof. Still getting same error message on phone but iPad still working fine.

Hello @JennyBlack and @Cardiff_Irons, I hope you're doing well, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community.
I appreciate you have joined the conversation and let us know you've tried the troubleshooting steps described on this thread. I have forwarded the infomation you've provided to our team so they can take a better look at this situation. In the meantime, several members of the Community have reset Network Settings on their phones with positive results and have been able to log in.
To reset Network Settings, go to your phone Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Please note that even when this has worked for other members of the Fitbit Community, we can guarantee it will wok on yours.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, have a great day.

Hi all, I am receiving the same error message. I stoped being able to search the food data base or change my clock face so I began reading this thread. I tried logging out and now can't get back in due to the error message. I tried shutting phone off. I tried logging off of Wifi. I tried resetting network settings. Need some other form of help please - why did this happen?

I am having the same problem. After unable to load the clock face on fitbit app, I tried to log out. Subsequently, no matter what methods I try, I get the same error (http error 1) and unable to log in to the app. Have tried to reset network, delete and reinstall the app, switch off iphone and on again... however, just can’t log in. Please help

Ultimately this problem simply went away. I think Fitbit was having problems with their servers.

Hello @Sjd1939, @wccason, @SunsetRunner, @Renewall and @Ccyeap have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. 🙂
First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in the response. I appreciate you have joined the conversation and reported this issue. Indeed, we had a short outage on April 4th which was preventing users from logging in to the Fitbit app or syncing their devices. Our team has already resolved this issue and you should not have trouble logging in now.
If there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Networkbit.HTTPError error1 is causing me a problem. Has been for the last 2 days. I HAVE looked and tried the solutions posted but nothing has so far worked. Annoyingly my wife, who has just purchased a Fitbit HR, is having no issues whatsoever.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hello @R3KGP thanks for joining the conversation, it's always great to welcome new members to the Fitbit Community.
I appreciate you have taken the time to reply to your post and let us know everything is working correctly. It's possible the Fitbit app hadn't updated when you received the Networkbit.HTTPError error1 message.
When the app has recently updated you get the "Hang on while we tidy up" message, meaning that the update contained the fix for the issue. Thanks for keeping us updated.
In case you have some spare time, I would like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you will find great tips and encouragement from other members and if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted!
