Excercise icon gone missing from dashboard on mobile app

so i ended up with the new dashboard, which doesn' seem like any great leap forward.  But the big problem is the excercise icon no longer appears.  I seems eveything else is there except that.  This is meant to track excercise right?  I tried to edit icons, but there are no missing ones.

All of my icons are missing

Same. The “Track exercise” tile isn’t working except when I manually log my workout. It used to track my walks etc automatically.
