Exercise activity not showing on app

I track my workout every day using my fitbit. I track it by holding the button on the side of my charge HR at the beginning and end of my workout and it has always worked fine. The last two days however when I sync my tracker to my phone the app shows all of the added steps, activity time, etc. yet does not display any data of my workout itself under the exercise tab. The information is shown in my online dashboard and I have logged out and back into the app, but it hasn't changed anything.

Hi @Matthew024,

I'd recommend making sure that your iOS device has an strong internet connection, and then:

1. Rapidly double tap your iOS home button > swipe left until you see a preview of the Fitbit iOS App, and then swipe up on the preview to force close.
2. Reopen the Fitbit App.

If for some reason this doesn't resolve the issue, can you pleas provide when and which type of workout you are missing on the App. Keep me posted!

Mine is doing this as well.  says one day of exercise when I have done 3.  Snowshoed for 45 minutes on Monday, xcountry ski on Tuesday and Wednesday.  Tuesday is the only day showing.  I always close the app on my phone.  I have also done the latest app update.  I also sync with MapMyFitness and that does not show up on fitbit app either.
