Exercise data discrepancy between Charge 2 and Fitbit app.

When syncing my HR2 on the app the data shown for my stairclimber workout doesn’t match what it said on my HR2 after the workout. It’s showing only 14 steps after nearly 14mins when it said 500+ when I finished the workout, I’ve reset my HR2 but it’s still reading the same info. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hello @Tara18, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply and provide me the screenshot requested. Smiley Happy

At this moment I would like to suggest you to restart your Charge 2, then start your activity as you normally do. Please let the Charge 2 track your exercise automatically and then sync it. After syncing it, make sure the information is correct and if not, please let me know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting to hear from you.

Hello @Tara18, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for reporting this situation affecting the way your exercise data is shown in the Ftibit app and your Charge 2. Tell me, since when have you experienced this situation? Have you updated the Fitbit app recently? If so, would it be possible for you to reply to me with a picture of the data shown by your Charge 2 after finishing an exercise and a screenshot of how the exercise shows after getting synced in the Fitbit app? This will be very helpful for me to check this further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting to hear from you.

Hi, Unfortunately I didn’t take a shot of what it said on my HR2 directly after my workout. The app cleaned itself up when I synced a few hours before the workout and the discrepancy happened after that. Thanks, Tara18
