The number of exercise days for this week is incorrect. Yesterday it showed that I had six exercise days and today after completing an exercise session when the exercise showed up on the home screen, the number of exercise days did not increase 27. I reviewed the exercise day information and saw that Sunday’s Sessions had been removed. I thought this problem had been corrected but it appears it is still an issue. I first reported problems with exercise days in September 2023. I am using an iPhone SE third generation running iOS version 17.4.1 and Fitbit current version , 4.16.

it. It’s most recent update version 4.26.1 has not resolved the exercise day count issue. When I woke up today, my home screen showed for exercise days. After my first session of exercise it displayed five exercise days. Now that I have completed my Walking for the day I am back to four exercise days and the exercise sessions that I recorded on Sunday have been removed.

Update regarding Fitbit version 27.1: today I completed seven days of exercise. The total exercise days on my home screen reads now three exercise days. I started with three exercise days this morning having completed six exercise days. Upon completing my first exercise session The total exercise days stayed at three. While checking the home screen I have noted that exercise day totals has varied from three exercise phase to six exercise days and seven exercise days. I do not recall it showing for exercise days or five exercise days. I have dictated this on my iPhone and hope you will be able to understand my ramblings. I am using an iPhone SE third generation iOS version 18.0.1 and fit version 427.1. I am a blind user using Apple‘s screen reading software in order to get my Fitbit information.

@Podunk @LizzyFitbit today I checked my exercise days as shown under the month summary. I noticed that every month after April is missing the latter half of each month or more. I also saw other discrepancies. It showed that I had not done exercises at all last week. But the week view shows that I did do exercises that week. See the pictures below.

There is all sorts of data discrepancies. One day I have an achieved all my steps and an hour later they are gone. Each day is a Cracker Jack box of surprises. My only true data point is my actual Fitbit. Google is slow to address and fix. Not to mention that to actually put an issue in this community is challenging. They don’t really want to know. I am switching over to another app when my watch stops working.

@bionde Yes, I have seen all sorts of discrepancies as well. I just got my Fitbit at the end of December. So I immediately started logging my daily stats on a calendar. So I have an accurate record of the stats that I need and can make accurate totals calculations. I am so sad to see that the Fitbit product is so poorly managed. Maybe I should request a refund of my product since it does not function as advertised.

I updated to Fitbit version 4.28.1 this week. With every update I hope that the developers will have fixed the problem with exercise day. Count in accuracy. This morning I started with five exercise days, then progressed to six exercise days and now it is showing Five exercise days again and the exercise reported on Sunday has disappeared. I am a blind user and I have dictated this on my iPhone SE third generation running iOS 18.0.1. I hope you will be able to understand my ramblings.

@LizzyFitbit Is there a team working on this problem that was originally posted on May 4 of this year? I have been avoiding the problem by working out fewer times, so I don't approach 20 times a week. Sometimes this means just not recording some of my activities. But I should not have to have an inaccurate record of my efforts simply to avoid a bug in this product.
