I have a new Charge 6, updated my Fitbit app for iOS, and it is still giving me 0 duration though the time entered is 5:18 to 6:08am and calories autofilled, have already restarted, updated app, restarted, deleted and re-added exercise, it just keeps counting 0 duration even though the time start and stop is correct, should show 50 minutes duration, but still shows 0. How does one burn 298 calories in 50 minutes and have 0 active minutes, 0 duration, and 0 zone minutes?

Great to hear that this has been escalated and a team is working on it! I’ve had my Luxe since April, and this was the first issue that I’ve encountered this far. Plus, I tried everything that was previously mentioned, so I joined the community today to see if it was widespread issue or my device encountered a glitch. Although inconvenient, it was good to find out it wasn’t just me.😅 I’m already looking forward to seeing the response for resolution!

That’s another problem that hasn’t been fixed. If I use auto recognize my swimming the calories burned is absolutely without any doubt under calculated. On manual entry the calories are double plus what auto calculates. I know how much I burn swimming. It’s hilarious that Fitbit says I burn more on a leisurely 1/2 hour walk than I do swimming for 60 minutes at moderate pace. I’m not getting what I expected from my inspire 3😞

I have the same issue since 6-11. Can’t get minutes on swim workout log. Only difference I see now with manual logging is that app shows ‘Fitbit for iOS’ instead of ‘Fitbit for iPhone’ as it showed for correct data until 6-10

Yes. It looks like a Google update gone wrong. Is the issue all across with manual logging of workouts?

Apparently it is fixed this morning! I was just able to successfully log a Pilates activity.

You’re right!!!! I just entered swimming and it shows the duration. Thanks for letting us know and thanks Fitbit for the speedy fix.

The screwed up exercises won’t delete. I’ve been trying to delete them since this bug appeared on Tuesday. Instead I get an endlessly spinning wheel, shown below. So even though those bugged exercise entries didn’t add anything to my calorie total, active minutes, etc, they’re stuck in my list of exercises.
The second photo shows what the exercise was supposed to look like. I see that the bug has been fixed, so I’m attempting to relog things from this week. I'd like to remove the others.

Correct. Old workouts are not deleted but new can be added for past dates with corrected time calculations

Despite other people saying the update has fixed it I am still encountering this issue, e.g. a workout (manually started & ended) yesterday that is very clearly 20 mins long is being recorded as 10 mins.
I've also been having the 'same steps every day' bug; really feeling the switch to google is the beginning of the end for Fitbit 😞

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
Thanks for your continued reports, as well as the screenshots provided. While I'm glad the issue got fixed for some of you, I'm sorry this isn't the case for the rest of our members. As I mentioned before, this has been escalated and our team is already working to bring a solution as soon as possible.
I appreciate your patience and once I have more information from them, I'll update this thread.

I just encountered a new but similar issue. I entered a bike ride and adjusted the calories as I often do (don’t want to give myself too much credit). When I did, the calorie count went down to 1.
I went back into the exercise and reversed the calories back to the auto amount. Still showed up as 1.
I deleted the exercise entirely, reentered it using the auto calories, and they still showed up as 1. I had to close the app and reenter the exercise using the auto calories for it to work. Bottom line is I’m unable to adjust the calorie count without a glitch.
Not sure what new demon has made its way into the programming.

Hi everybody! Thank you for your messages and feedback.
Our Team informed me that this should be solved with the new app version (4.21)
If possible make sure that you updated the Fitbit app.
Restart your phone (off/on) .
Start the Fitbit app and let us know how it goes.

Even though I have auto recognize for swimming in my app, it's not auto recognizing swimming. Are you telling me that I have to go into the Fitbit and select swimming every time. I go to swim?
