Exercise history won't appear on Fitbit app

There is a bug. I need to scroll down the activity list so that the graph updates with all the data (Charge 4).

I've moved your post to this new thread to keep the forums organized. Thanks for the details provided and I'm sorry you've gone through this experience with the Fitbit app. To work on this, may I know when this started to happen? What is the model and OS version of your phone? If possible, take a screenshot of what is displayed before you scroll down and attach it to your reply.

 

Because your post didn't mention, let's give a try to the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  5. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. Tap the Exercise tile and check if your details are correct this time.
