This is the first time this has happened to me, I am very upset - I tracked exercise through the Fitbit app when I ran this morning, there was a map and all of my data but it kept saying "not synced" and the map was not showing up on fitbit.com even though the actual activity was.
I synced multiple times but the activity was still not synced. I then logged out of the app and closed it, when I logged back in, the activity was still there but I lost all of the GPS data so my pace and distance information was all gone as well. Very disappointed and upset about this. I noticed that this seems to be a known bug yet it doesn't seem to be addressed yet?

Hi there @_julie, good to see you around. I'm sorry to hear you have lost your GPS data. You are right, this was a glitch, but it was resolved on previous versions of the Fitbit app.
I wonder how you re tracking your GPS exercise? Are you using the MobileRun app feature or do you have a tracker for this purpose?
Regardless of my previous questions, is recommendable to make sure you are running the latest version of the Fitbit App, which for iOS is 2.28. To find this on your app you can do the following:
- Tap the Account tab.
- Tap Help. You'll see the app version at the top of the screen.
If you have this version already, I saw you have logged out and logged in to the app to fix the issue, but, I'm not sure if you have tried to restart your phone. So my suggestion, would be to review the troubleshooting steps of the following post.
Keep me posted if the issue persists, I'll be around.
