Exercise log- what is 2nd page for?

Does anyone know what the 2nd page of Track Exercise is for? It seems to be a calendar, but it doesn't seem to do anything other than show a hollow circle on the day of the week. It doesn't highlight days that I've already exercised, it doesn't even have numbers for the day of the month. I can't figure out what it's used for. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Welcome aboard to our community @JoeyGinWestHtfd. I think you are referring here to the mobile app. The 2nd page of "Track your exercise" is just to show which days you have logged an SmartTrack activity or manually logged exercises for your own control. If you were active but you don't have any activity logged it wont be display here.

Thanks for the explanation as I too had been wondering what this was!

 

The reason for any confusion is that the number of ticks seems to bear no relation to the logged exercise sessions or the auto logged ones. Yesterday 12/01/2016 and today show three ticks bt there are only two auto tracked sessions on either day ???
