I hadn’t realized that the map hasn’t appeared after my walks since October. My previous Luxe died around then so I don’t know that it’s ever worked with the new one. Is there some way to fix this? Both my iPhone SE 2020 and the Fitbit app have the latest updates.

Are you seeing the "GPS connecting with the arrow" at the top of your screen when you start your walk? If not, please try the following:
- Review this Help article to make sure all those settings are correct.
- You can turn the GPS on/off in the exercise shortcut. Choose Walk on your Luxe, then swipe up on the tiny "^" at the bottom of the screen. Make sure GPS is toggled to On.
