Fitbit Update 9/19/16
This issue where users experience a red "(not synced)" error next to their exercise logs on the iOS App has been resolved with the release of iOS App version 2.27. Click here to update your App if you haven't already.
Thanks you for everybody's patience while we worked this one out!
Fitbit Update 5/23
There is currently a bug where some iOS users see a red "(not synced)" error next to some of their exercise logs. Our team is aware and currently working on fixing this bug. Apologies for any inconvenience that this creates.
Please do not uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit App could cause data loss. If possible, I would also recommend logging activities on Fitbit.com until a fix is available.

Hi there @Browndog and welcome aboard to our Community @logres0, @BeckyBQuilts.
Make sure you have the most recent version of the app. There is a new version of the Fitbit app, which is version: 2.27.1 released on September 23rd. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.
If you have already this version, it might be required to restart the app and the best way to do these steps:
1. I recommend before to start, to log out from the Fitbit app, once you have logged, double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Reopen the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
Hope this helps and see you soon.

@BeckyBQuilts, In this case I do not recommend to re-install the app as you might lose your information. The probability is low but this wont address the issue.
@Browndog I understand your frustration since this issue has not been resolved for you. Also thank you @walker12 for clarify under what circumstances are happening again this problem. Rest assure I will pass this information for additional review.
Just one quick recommendation, if you are manually logging this exercise make sure to input a number into the Calories burned field. Once doing so, the exercise will sync to the site if this is the case.
If I got new updates I will let you know. See you around.

Correct - it is still not resolved. This has been going on since MARCH! And yet they found the time to redesign the dashboard! Talk about putting lipstick on a pig .... it's still broken but it looks prettier ....
The only solution I've found is when I see the unsynced entries is to go to the web page (on a real computer instead of in the phone app) and manually add the activities. But you have to be careful to add the times in exactly as entered on your phone or they won't sync. An alternative is to delete the activity completely from the phone app and then add it manually on the web page - a pain when you don't have time for this nonsense.

Hi everybody,
If you are still experiencing this issue where your exercises on your activity log display a red "not synced" error and you've updated to the latest version of the Fitbit iOS App, can you please provide the following information:
1. What type of iOS device are you using (ie iPhone 6, iPhone 7+, etc)?
2. What iOS software version are you on (ie iOS 10, iOS 8, etc)?
Please keep me posted!

Now I've noticed my badges aren't appearing in the iphone app.
On Friday 30 September I did over 35000 steps but my badge collection is telling me I last did a 35000 on 4 April 2016, which isn't true. Where's the up to date badge for 30 September?

My One hasn't synced since 10/9/16 at 10:38. I have an iPhone 5 with the latest software and the latest FitBit update.
When I try and refresh, it just says 'looking'. Everything shows up on the One itself, but the app shows 0 for floors, miles, steps, and minutes. Very annoying seeing as I did a 10k road race yesterday and it hasn't shown up on the app.

Is there a moderator or someone that can put this right for me please? My badge for 35000 says I last did it in April but as you can see I actually last did 35000 on 30 September? Where's the up to date badge please?

I am experiencing this issue also:
iPhone 6
iOS 10.0.2
Clearly the update is not solving any problems.

iPhone SE; iOS 10.0.2 Still not working. Today I was manually adding my exercises on the phone app and watched as I added exercises the status of the first one entered switched from synced to unsynced; when I added a third exercise, both the prior entries switched to unsynced but the third entry posted as synced.
