Fitbit Update 9/19/16

This issue where users experience a red "(not synced)" error next to their exercise logs on the iOS App has been resolved with the release of iOS App version 2.27. Click here to update your App if you haven't already.

Thanks you for everybody's patience while we worked this one out!

Fitbit Update 5/23

There is currently a bug where some iOS users see a red "(not synced)" error next to some of their exercise logs. Our team is aware and currently working on fixing this bug. Apologies for any inconvenience that this creates.

Please do not uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit App could cause data loss.  If possible, I would also recommend logging activities on Fitbit.com until a fix is available.

The sync function worked for at least 15 months before FitBit broke it—ruined their own product.

I should NOT have to enter data twice to “sync” it up. That’s not a sync—that’s double data entry which is ridiculous.

Technology should make our lives easier not more difficult or tedious.

For what it’s worth, I originally returned my then new Fitbit in September 2016 due to the syncing issue. From reading online, it appeared to have been resolved in October that year, so I bought the new Charge 2 and haven’t had a single syncing issue in the year since. If people are experiencing syncing issues today, I’m not sure it’s the same issue as previously.

Hey there. Not sure if this will help you, but I resolved the not syncing
issue by turning on and off my bluetooth on my iPhone and reconnecting to
my Blaze.

I gave up on fitbit when they lost my half marathon data and then just
deleted it without warning "cleaning up". If you are serious about tracking
your exercise then buy a garmin or something similar. Fitbit is only good
for basic step tracking.

Good luck!

@DerrickS Downloading the recent version of the iOS app does not resolve this issue. Please could we find a current solution?
