Fitbit Update 9/19/16
This issue where users experience a red "(not synced)" error next to their exercise logs on the iOS App has been resolved with the release of iOS App version 2.27. Click here to update your App if you haven't already.
Thanks you for everybody's patience while we worked this one out!
Fitbit Update 5/23
There is currently a bug where some iOS users see a red "(not synced)" error next to some of their exercise logs. Our team is aware and currently working on fixing this bug. Apologies for any inconvenience that this creates.
Please do not uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit App could cause data loss. If possible, I would also recommend logging activities on Fitbit.com until a fix is available.

Derrick,
I have version 2.29 and I'm still getting the "not synced" message when I try to manually log an exercise; moreover, it's not even recognizing walks any longer. What gives? I thought this was resolved.

As of 12/14/16 my exercises are not syncing. I have one logged activity back in June, and two more recently that will not sync.

Hi Derrick,
I'm still having this problem, it's been over a year and any manual activities I track do not sync. iOS, Fitbit Flex, up to date App. Has this "bug" got a fix yet?
Thanks
Rebecca

When I log my exercise if I just type over the calories burned it fixes the problem and it syncs.
Thanks Roberto

I am among the ranks of people experiencing the "not synced" phenomenon. Fitbit Blaze. App is up to date. I have restarted my phone, rebooted the Blaze, manually logged the activity on the web dashboard. Nothing has worked. In perhaps a related phenomenon, I am also experiencing the "device not paired" issue with the web dashboard. If I pair the device with the web dashboard, then it disappears from the iPhone app, and vice versa.

Hi
I experienced this issue today. After tying repeated re-syncs, I came back to my iPhone and the home screen mentioned storage, so I deleted some photos and tried to re-sync and it worked first time.
I don't know if this is a coincidence, but hey, i'm happy now.

For me, this is not working. Today was the first day I used my phone to track a run. I was under the impression all I had to do was to track the run on my phone (not do something additional on the watch as well to get it to work). When I finished, the exercise shows "(not synced)" in the app on my iPhone.

Amazed this issue is still going on. I returned my Fitbit in 2016 because of this issue

These answers are from 2016 and my exercise won't sun today. My app is up to date, but my entry has been saying it isn't synced no matter how many times I tell it to sync or delete and input the exercise. Any suggestions?

I didn't return mine, but I did stop using it.
I started this thread in May of 2016 and the problem was never resolved. Then they merged it with another thread from 2015.
FitBit is the Blackberry of fitness apps. Once a leader but no longer.

Go to your FitBit dashboard online (on a computer - not the phone app). Click on the Log tab and then the Activities tab. There you will see whatever exercises have synced. At the very bottom right you can manually add your activities that haven't synced automatically. Make sure the date, time and duration are entered EXACTLY as they appear on your phone app. Click the "Log" button to finish and it will show up on your PC dashboard. It takes a minute or two to sync up to the app.
This is what I've been doing every day since March 2016 when the sync feature broke.
