I have the same problem! Also, the app used to display a heart rate time graph and seconds are no longer displayed. This new app is unsatisfactory! The previous version was functional. This version is not. I will be canceling my premium subscription. It appears that either Google or Apple do not want me to use Fitbit with iOS.
I have found that if I wait a couple of hours that the GPS tracking, the heartrate line, and the heart rate zone information does eventually appear in the exercise entry... It appears to take a couple of hours for some reason, even though the charts are available on the website dashboard immediately after. Also, refreshing the app (by pulling down on the main screen) doesn't appear to speed up the process, nor does leaving the app open on the exercise page.
If this issue persists, I will likely switch to a different tracking device/platform. Any ETA on a fix would be appreciated.
