Exercise tile not updating in app.

So, this week, my FB will not show my days that I’ve been active.  I’ve had two consecutive days that have surpassed my exercise, but my icon is still labeled “track exercise”

I appreciate you have taken the time to report this to us. Tell me, when you tap on the Exercise tile, are you able to see the correct graph and the list of your exercises for the week? If so, it's possible the Fitbit app is not displaying the information correctly in the Dashboard, for which I would like to suggest you the following:

 

  1. Force-quit the app, then open it again and check if the tile is now showing the correct information. If not:
  2. Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. 

Additionally, please update the Fitbit app in case you haven't done it yet, as this might also be affecting the way the information gets displayed.
