Exercise tile not updating to 5 days.

I walk five days in a row but my five day goal only shows 4. On my steps it shows all five days. Any suggestions on how to correct the data on the dashboard exercise goal?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for letting us know about this situation. It seems the Fitbit app is not updating correctly the information from our servers in which case I would like to suggest you the following:

 

  • Force-quit the app and open it again, if this doesn't solve the issue:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
