Since upgrading my phone I no longer receive text or call notifications on my Alta HR?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for having shared this with us. At this moment our team is currently aware of this issues with iOS 12 that's affecting Notifications. I would like to suggest you to keep an eye on this thread, where our team will be adding more updates once we have more information to share with you. 

 

In the meantime, please go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:NuNot.png
