As soon as Apple released iOS 12 this week, my Bluetooth notifications became glitchy. Some wouldn’t come through at all. Some were delayed by up to 5-10 minutes.
i updated my phone to iOS 12 yesterday and now have not gotten a single Bluetooth notification on my Charge 2.

OK, I guess you restarted the iPhone in the process of loading iOS 12. Maybe something in settings for the devices just got turned off in the update process; so check in the fitbit app settings for you CH2 and make sure all the notifications you want (call, text, calendar) are switched on.
If not that, have you restarted the CH2? (plug in, push down on button until firmware version shows in display). And if that doesn't work, try removing your CH2 from the devices listed in the Fitbit app, delete it from the list of devices in your bluetooth settings, and then add it back as a new device.

I had done all of that except restarting the Charge. I just did that. Hopefully it will fix the problem. Not getting any notifications is definitely a bug that needs to be fixed
UPDATE:
Unfortunately it did not work. Bluetooth notifications are still not working

Sorry.
One more thought -- make sure you haven't inadvertently toggled notifications off on CH2. Holding the button down on the clock face toggles notifications on and off.
Here is a link to all the other typical issues with notifications.
I guess I'll find out for myself if it is a broad OS12 issue when I get my new iPhone tomorrow ...

I have the same issues. As soon as iOS 12 was installed my notifications stopped. I have tried everything listed above and nothing has worked. 😞

I got a new iPhone last Friday with iOS 12 and set it up with a saved copy of my old phone. I was having problems getting my Versa to connect and wound up removing it from the account and Bluetooth settings and adding it back. That fixed the problem. My CH2 and One connected OK.

I was able to fix mine. I don’t know how it happened but I somehow managed to turn notifications off from the Fitbit itself. It was probably a rough housing with my son thing but somehow it got switched to off. I held the button on the side until it said ‘on’ again and it’s been working perfectly

@SunsetRunner, thanks for joining us and let us know about this situation. Tell me, which Fitbit device are you currently using? if Notifications are not reaching your Fitbit device and you have already tried the suggestions provided by @Baltoscott, I would like to suggest you the following:
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and tap on tracker. Then tap on Forget this Device.
- Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app.
- Open the app again and tap on Account > Your Tracker > Notifications. You will receive the following Pop-up:
- Then, once you tap on Set Up, the app will begin setting up your tracker with the Bluetooth on your phone, which will prompt the next pop-up:
- Tap Pair
- Once you get back to the tracker options, tap on Notifications an enable the ones you'd like to receive.
Additionally, please go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and Settings > Notifications > Messages and check that the following is enabled:
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hello @April11, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. It's great to have you on board the Fitbit Community @JohnF65, have a warm welcome.
@JohnF65, I appreciate you have shared your experience with me and for letting me know your Ionic is not "connecting" to your phone. Would it be possible for your to elaborate more about this issue? Is the Ionic not syncing or not setting up? Have you restarted it already by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen?, Have you updated the Fitbit app already? This information will be very helpful for me to check this further.
@April11, were you able to try the troubleshooting steps on my previous reply? If so, I would like to suggest you to restart Notifications altogether form the Fitbit app by following these steps:
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

I am having the same issue with my Flex 2. Ever since the iOS update my call and text notifications are not coming through. The steps below have been done with no solution.
1. Deleted flex from fitbit app
2. Setup 'new device"
3. Allowed notifications in settings on iPhone
4. Setup notifications in fitbit app
****still no notifications
5. Restarted phone
****still no notifications
6. deleted fitbit app
7. reinstalled and started at step 1 again
****still no notifications
Flex 2 and phone are syncing properly
