Exercises aren't syncing to the Fitbit app

This is the second time that my Saturday walking and exercise is not showing on the calendar? Please, help.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and let me help you with your exercises not syncing. To further investigate, let me know the model of your Fitbit device. Also, did you star the walk activity from the exercise app, or did you use SmartTrack to auto-recognize the activity?

 

In the meantime, I'd recommend to try the following steps to make sure your information is syncing correctly:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app and turn off the Bluetooth.
  2. Reboot your phone and restart your Fitbit device.
  3. Turn back on the Bluetooth and open the Fitbit app.
  4. Sync your Fitbit device.

Hi, thank you for reaching out.
I have a Fitbit Charger 3. Prior to writing this post, I have done all of
the procedures you mentioned and nothing made show my day.
The steps and exercises show on the dashboard, but on the calendar, it
doesn't show any activity at all. So instead of 7 days workout, it only
shows 6.
This is the second time it happens.
I walked Saturday, July 13th, 14,145 steps and the time says 92 minutes,
3,079 calories, 8 floors, 5.81 miles.
On the calendar shows nothing. It stops on Friday.

Thanks for sharing mode details about this situation, as well for doing the steps suggested above. This sounds odd, and I'll continue helping you with this. Do you mean the exercise tile that appears in the Fitbit app? If so, please attach a screenshot in your reply about that tile, as well of the exercises that have been recorded. Also, make sure the Fitbit app and the iOS version are updated.
