For some reason the Tracking exercise part of my app won’t acknowledge my exercise today. My charge 2 has but the app won’t log it. I have even gone into setting to ensure it is set up.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, if you haven't tried yet, please restart your Charge 2 and you phone, then sync again the information. Additionally, check the online Dashboard to check if the information is showing correctly here. It it is, that means the app is not showing the infromation correctly, in which case I would like to suggest you the following:
Additionally, to check that your device has been set up to your account, tap on the Account button, your device should show up under your name.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

Were you able to see your activity in the online Dashboard? Would it be possible for your to reply with a picture of your tracker showing the activities and then a screenshot of your Dashboard after syncing your device? This will be very helpful to check this further.
