FB Charge 2 will not set up correctly.

I gave my FB Charge 2 to my daugter as I got myself a new Ionics. I deleted the device from my app but all the data is still on the watch and we are not able to connect it on my daughters account/ app . It will not be found when searching. And hos to reset the watch? We have tried to connect with the charger without success.

@Gundafisé -- in addition to deleting the CH2 from your fitbit app, make sure you delete it from the list of Bluetooth devices linked to your iPhone in the bluetooth settings.  On your iPhone go to settings -> bluetooth and then check the list for "Charge 2." When you find it, hit the "i" at the right and then "forget this device" when it comes up.  At that point you should be able to connect it  as a new CH2 to you daughters account through the fitbit app on her phone.

Hope that helps.  Let us know.

Hi!

thank’s for good advice! However, right after this post, I’d managed to do it as  described in the manual (put it in the charger and push the button).

@Gundafisé — thanks for following up and letting us know how you fixed it.  Restarting the watch or (and) the phone you are trying to connect to are the fix more often than not.
